Two things before you open the app

Do these now and the install works first time.

Install the two Microsoft components
The POS needs two runtimes the installer doesn't include: .NET Desktop Runtime 10.0.12 (x64) and ASP.NET Core Runtime 10.0.12 (x64). If either is missing the app won't open — and the symptom shows up when you open it, not when you install it.

Windows and your browser will warn you
Your browser may warn you that the file "isn't commonly downloaded", and when you run it you'll see "Windows protected your PC". Both warnings appear because the file isn't digitally signed yet, not because there's anything wrong with it. In Windows, you can continue from "More info".

After installing

The first time you open it

A setup assistant walks you through three steps: you pick your country, with its currency, decimals and date formats; you register your business details; you create your administrator user. From there you can load your catalog and open the register. The app is in English and Spanish.

About selling before activating

In some countries you can sell a monthly volume before activating the license; in others, activation applies from the first sale. It depends on the country where your business operates. If you want to know how it applies in yours before installing, write to us.
