A POS system for what you sell and for the work you take in
Your business sells products over the counter, takes in work to do, or both. This point of sale records sales and work orders in the same register, with the same inventory and the same reports. It runs without internet, on a Windows computer or tablet.
Counter sales and work orders, in the same register
The system doesn't treat them as the same thing, because they aren't. But it keeps them in one record: the same inventory, the same register and the same reports.
Operation 01
Selling over the counter
The customer walks in, picks, pays and walks out with the product. What matters is how fast you can charge and that stock stays current without counting it by hand.
Fast sale by product or by open total
Several sales open at once, and sales on hold
Barcode scanner at checkout
Change calculated automatically
Second screen facing the customer
Operation 02
Billing work you take in
The customer leaves something and comes back later. Between those two moments there's work to do, a deposit to take and a status to follow — and a receipt for the drop-off that isn't a sale yet.
Work orders with no need to create a product
What has to be done, written in free text
Deposits taken when the work comes in
Statuses so you know where each order stands
The order is found from the POS and billed right there

How it works
A full shift: you open the register, you operate, you balance
01
You open with a starting point
Before the first sale you record how much cash is in the drawer. That amount is the reference the whole day is measured against: with no starting point there's no way to know, at closing, whether what's there is what should be there. From then on every movement — a sale, a deposit, an expense paid out of the register — is counted against that opening.
02
Both things happen in the same day
One customer pays and leaves with the product. The next drops off a job and pays part of it. A third comes back for yesterday's order and settles the balance. For the business those are three different situations; for the register they're the same flow of money. The system doesn't ask you to choose between two modules or keep work orders somewhere else: the morning's deposit and the afternoon's sale land in the same record and weigh the same at closing.
03
You close by comparing, not by adding up
At the end you count the cash on hand and enter it. The system already knows what should be there — the opening, plus what came in, minus what went out — and shows you the difference. If it doesn't match, you note the reason and it stays on record. That's what turns closing into information instead of a scare.
Who it's for
Built for small businesses that serve people face to face
Cafés and bakeries
Many small transactions in a short window, and two different ways of charging: the bakery serves and collects in one go, the café leaves the tab open until the customer leaves.
Corner stores and minimarkets
Hundreds of SKUs moving in and out every day, bought from several suppliers and sold one at a time. Stock moves faster than anyone can write it down.
Stationery and variety stores
A wide, scattered catalog, with products that look alike and prices that change without warning. Charging the wrong amount isn't carelessness: nobody remembers two hundred prices.
Repair shops and workshops
The customer leaves something and comes back days later. In between there's work in progress, part of the price already collected, and someone calling to ask if it's ready.
Table-service businesses
Whoever serves isn't at the register. With the Android app the order is taken on a phone, right where the customer is, and reaches the POS without anyone walking over with a slip of paper.
Owners done with the notebook
Years of writing it down on paper, in a spreadsheet, or on a cash register that only adds up. It works until someone has to answer how much was sold last month, or how much is left of something.
What it doesn't include
Complete clarity about the scope
This is a system for the daily operation of the business: selling, charging, balancing the register and keeping stock under control. It is not an accounting, financial or tax system, and it does not resolve the tax obligations of any country. If you need any of the following, this isn't the product — and it's better to know up front.
Electronic invoicing before a tax authority
Accounting or payroll software
Online payment gateway
Online store or e-commerce
Multi-warehouse or multi-location inventory
Cloud server or syncing between devices
Several computers sharing the same data
Access to reports from outside the business
Full table management
Getting started
From the installer to your first sale
01
You download and install
You download the installer from our downloads center. The setup assistant walks you through three steps: you pick your country, with its currency and formats; you register your business; you create your administrator user. The app is in English and Spanish.
02
You set it up with your real data
This isn't a demo with made-up data: you load your catalog, set up your business and leave it running. In some countries you can also sell a monthly volume before activating the license; in others, activation applies from the first sale. It depends on the country where your business operates.
03
You activate your license
With the license active, the limit no longer applies and you operate with no restriction. It's a one-time payment per device, and it doesn't expire.
Plans and pricing
One-time payment. The license is yours.
Permanent license. One-time payment. No monthly fees. Includes 1 year of updates. Reactivation when you change computers: $90,000 COP, handled with us.
Requires an active Atender POS Desktop. It adds order-taking from a phone for a business already selling with the system.
Atender POS Android
$350,000 COPInternational · US$99
It doesn't work on its own: the app runs against Atender POS Desktop, and the connection between them has to be enabled. Each phone needs its own license.

Orders reach the POS over the local business network
A business that wants to take orders at the table from day one, on top of charging at the register.
Atender POS Combo · Desktop + Android
$990,000 COPInternational · US$269
Both licenses in a single activation: $110,000 less than activating them separately. The connection between the app and Atender POS Desktop has to be enabled, and each additional phone takes another Android license.

No. Payment is one-time and the license is permanent: you keep the right to use the version you bought, with no recurring payments. The purchase includes one year of updates counted from activation. After that year you can keep using your version indefinitely, and access to later updates is purchased separately.
Yes. Atender POS Desktop runs completely without internet: the database sits on the same computer, not in the cloud. The Android app only needs to be on the same local business network, with no mobile data and no outside internet.
They're for businesses that take something in and hand it back later: a repair, a fix, a custom job. You record what has to be done and for whom, collect a deposit if there is one, follow the status, and when it's ready you bill the balance from the same POS. You don't have to create a catalog product for every job.
Yes. Each person signs in with their own username and password, and the system distinguishes between administrator and cashier. From user administration you add or deactivate whoever you need. And if you use the Android app, whoever takes orders signs in with their own user.
The app is in English and Spanish. During installation you pick your country, and currency, decimals and regional date and number formats are configured accordingly. That said: configuring it for your country doesn't mean it resolves that country's accounting or tax obligations — it isn't an accounting system.
No. It's built for businesses that don't carry that obligation, or that handle it elsewhere. If you do need it — in Colombia, electronic invoicing before the DIAN — it has to be handled with a solution enabled for that process: an offline POS can't comply with documents that require online submission.
Any computer or tablet with Windows 10 or later. It needs no server and no separate database engine to install.
The system prints to 58 and 80 mm thermal printers connected to Windows. It ships with a print test so you can check yours works before relying on it.
The system makes local backups of all the business information and restores them after verifying they match. Moving the installation to another machine requires reactivating the license: it costs $90,000 COP and we handle it, with a response within 24 hours.
One year of updates is included, counted from activation. Personalized technical support is optional and billed per session, to keep the license price low.
Access to the general Atender POS updates we release during that year, counted from your license activation. It does not include development of features requested specifically for your business, and it does not commit us to a particular roadmap. After the year you keep your version and can go on using it with no further payments; if you want later updates, they are purchased separately.
Businesses in Colombia buy in Colombian pesos; businesses outside Colombia buy in US dollars. It is not the same price converted: each market has its own commercial price. Which one applies depends on where your business operates, not on the language you are reading this page in, and we confirm it when you start your purchase.
